The Estée Lauder Companies today announced key leadership appointments for its international business.    Effective Feb. 1, Peter Jueptner, currently president, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) will succeed current Group president Cedric Prouvé, who will retire in June 2022.    Jueptner will be named president, International, and will report directly to Fabrizio Freda, president and chief executive officer of the Estee Lauder Companies.
